Design and Placement of Tattoos:
- Clients may provide reference materials or discuss desired tattoo designs with the artist. However, the final design remains subject to the artist's creative interpretation and adjustments.
- Before commencing the tattoo process, clients must approve the final design and placement.
- Tattoo artists reserve the right to refuse designs or placements they deem inappropriate or potentially harmful to the client.
Health and Safety:
- The studio adheres to strict health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Clients must disclose existing medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may impact their ability to safely receive a tattoo.
- If there are health concerns that may pose a risk to the client or compromise the quality of the outcome, the artist reserves the right to refuse service.
Tattoo Process and Outcome:
- Tattoo artists strive to deliver satisfactory results based on agreed-upon designs and placements.
- Clients acknowledge that factors such as skin type, color, texture, and healing process may lead to variations in the final appearance of the tattoo compared to provided drawings, stencils, or reference materials.
- Tattoo artists are not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from improper aftercare or changes in the tattoo's appearance due to uncontrollable factors.
Pricing and Payment:
- Tattoo fees are discussed and agreed upon before booking. Additional charges may apply for custom designs, placement, significant alterations, or larger tattoos.
- Non-refundable deposits may be required to secure appointments, which will be deducted from the final payment.
- Full payment is required before the procedure. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon methods.
Liability and Disclaimer:
- Clients acknowledge the inherent risks and potential complications associated with tattoos, including pain, discomfort, allergic reactions, infections, scarring, or the need for modifications.
- Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, clients release the artist, employees, and related individuals or entities from any claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to tattoo procedures.
Photography and Promotion:
- Clients grant YOU permission to capture photos or videos of tattoos for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes while maintaining confidentiality regarding personal information.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
- In the event of legal disputes, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be vested in the courts located where the studio operates.
